Sonia Sotomayor nomination

The “activist” Sotomayor

(that’s how Republicans portray her),

caught a rock and hard place in between,

She chose not to intervene

Holding New Haven had not violated

Laws the Congress had created.

     Change the law if you don’t like it

Or strike it down in your Court Supreme.

But THAT’S what makes an “activist”

NOT just upholding what YOU think’s extreme.
