A follow-up to No More Quotation Marks, inspired by Bob Jones III Unplugged (National Journal11/12/11).

 

“I’ve no reason to think he’s a Christian… Anyone can say he’s a Christian. Some people will say whatever they think the politically helpful thing would be. I say, ‘Where is the evidence that he is a Christian?’” – Bob Jones III on whether Obama is a real Christian

 

“I have my personal thoughts about that, but I’m not sure I want to make this public.” – Jones, later in the interview, after chuckling and pausing in response to the question about whether he believes Obama is a foreign-born Muslim

 

“Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.” — Matthew 7:1-2

 

How ironic that Religious Rightists whine about being victims in an anti-Christian war

While opining about all the people that can’t be considered Christians anymore.

 

Where is the evidence you are Christian, Mr. Jones,

Or any of your Religious Right clones?

 

Judge not, that ye be not judged, the Bible declares,

And seek forgiveness for the sin of pride in your prayers.
