Death of Walter Cronkite

July 21st, 2009

Walter Cronkite died on Friday.

He was a network news Anchor deserving of that name,

Back when news was News

And not just thinly-veiled propaganda or a fluff-filled ratings game,

With facts twisted to fit the station owner’s views

(I’m looking at you, Fox News).
