Though I’ve never claimed to be apolitical,

You may have noticed I’m particularly critical

Of Republicans and Fox News

And those who share their approach and views.

I have to admit I find it pleasing

When Republicans are caught malfeasing.

But at least I try to be factually correct,

And don’t publish my stories unchecked.

So no, I may not be totally fair or balanced,

But at least I’m not mentally unbalanced.

That’s more than can be said

For the average Fox pundits and talking head.

It seems strange that my little political poetry blog

Tries harder to be truthful than that fat Fox hog,

But I think that’s true.

Do you?
