Inspired by The House Oversight Committee’s all-male hearing this morning.

 

“Is it Mr. Issa’s view that contraception is best discussed solely by men, or is it this the most reprehensible disregard for women in a generation from a committee chairman?” – Martin Bashir

 

A priest, a rabbi, a minister, and 2 theologians

Walk into a Congressional hearing;

Republicans refuse to allow

A female witness’s appearing.

 

What response does

This sausage-fest evoke?

The answer is quite siimply:

It’s nothing but a joke.

 

And the response,

Martin, to your quothe

Is why can’t the answer

Just be “both”?
