A follow-up to Get Your Big Government Out of There, inspired by Rachel’s commentary below.

Republicans never seem to be aware

(Or maybe they are but just don’t care)

That their hatred of Big Government intrusion

Ironically doesn’t extend to abortion’s preclusion.

They have a split personality

When it comes to constitutionality:

Some rights must remain unhampered,

But others are free to be tampered.

But now, a new breed of (women) state politicians

Is seeking to actually apply the GOP’s selective traditions.

They used conservative principles new abortion restrictions to resist

And upon women’s freedoms to insist.

Here’s to you, conservative women of Wyoming—

May your principles more such victories bring.
