Cash for Clunkers and Healthcare Reform

Usually it’s a good thing
To reach your goal sooner than you thought.
For Republicans condemning “Cash for Clunkers” for exceeding its goals
(and maintaining that Obamacare therefore won’t work either),
I guess that it is not.
By their definition the Republican Health Savings Account program
is the best.
8 million people covered versus their goal of 45 million
is such a big success.
